At Sunrise a Cry was heard
For many years Mary Ann Glicksmann was Guy de Cointet’s muse. She proposes two monologues by the French artist, who lived for many years in Los Angeles, where he died in 1983, renowned for his performances and his experiments with language. The performer tells dramatic, absurd and entertaining stories, almost taking her words from the characters painted on the works on the stage.
